As a Public Relations (PR) Intern at Weber Shandwick, I was entrusted with managing accounts across three sectors: B2B Oil & Gas for ExxonMobil Lubricants Indonesia (EMLI), Public Affairs for Citibank United States (US), and Consumer Goods, specifically luxury skincare, for SK-II.

Moments captured during the internship.
I collaborated closely with Associates and Account Supervisors for each client, executing responsibilities tailored to client objectives and assigned tasks. My primary duties included monitoring digital, print, and social media to track client mentions and industry trends, preparing coverage reports, conducting research on client-specific topics to develop specialized intelligence reports, and supporting PR activations, including events with journalists and influencers.

Moments captured during the time when I supported SK-II's product seeding campaign.

Some of the earned media secured through SK-II's product seeding campaign, featuring social media posts by key opinion leaders (KOLs) I helped manage.

A media familiarization trip I organized for EMLI that was featured across several online and printed articles.
As a PR student aspiring to become a professional, this internship was a transformative experience. It offered firsthand exposure to the fast-paced environment of agency life, in contrast to the more structured, in-house PR experience I gained at Domino’s. Managing a diverse portfolio of clients with varied demands strengthened my adaptability, refined my time-management skills, and required agility in responding to evolving priorities. I was consistently challenged to acquire knowledge on unfamiliar topics and develop proficiency in new tasks, making this internship a pivotal milestone in my professional PR development.
